On my weekly podcast, I often interview PQ coaches (men and women) about how Positive Intelligence has helped them and their clients. I always ask them to give a demonstration of a PQ rep so that we can all share new ways to get our 12 minutes of practice in each day. Each lasts about 2 minutes or 6 PQ reps.
