The Pursuit of Happyness is an inspiring drama depicting the travails of an out-of-work dad. When Chris Gardner’s (Will Smith) wife (Thandie Newton) leaves him in frustration, he is left to fend for his son. Inspired by Jeffersonian philosophy, Chris takes on a journey to find happiness for the two. Will Smith 
lives up to the character, and delivers an extremely believable performance. Another endearing actor in the movie is Jaden Smith – Will Smith’s son in real life, too. The two together make this movie a must-watch. Not only is the movie entertaining, it also inspires audiences. This one will definitely tug at your heartstrings.
