Our friends at DadLabs have done the research to see how well YouTube Safety Mode works, or doesn’t. I’m afraid there’s more in here to fear than to find reassuring. Like a lot of things about parenting, it’s hard to outsource protection. Every parent should take a look before leaving their kids alone with a computer screen open to YouTube.
